Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. 
Breakfast not included - 15 EUR per person per day.
Early check-in and late check-out should be requested by e-mail.

1. Cancellation Policy:
   - We have a 7-day cancellation policy for all bookings. 
   - Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
   - Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

2. Late Arrival:
   - If you anticipate a late check-in, please contact us in advance to inform us of your expected arrival time.

3. Payment:
   - Payment is due upon arrival at the hotel.
   - We accept cash and credit card payments.
 

4. City Tax:
   - A city tax of 5.39 euros per person per night will be added to the total bill.
   - This tax is mandated by the local authorities and is not included in the room rates.

5. No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
   - In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation (within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date), the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total booking amount.

6. Credit Card Authorization:
   - We require a valid credit card to secure your reservation.
   - Upon check-in, we will request authorization on the provided credit card, but it will not be charged at that time.
   - Please note that if we are unable to obtain authorization on the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

7. Parking:

Parking is not included and costs 20 EUROS per night. Parking needs to be reserved by email due to limited capacity.
