Changes to the reservation are possible up to 48 hours before arrival (3:00 pm Belgian time).

Changes must be communicated in writing to the hotel and are only valid after written reconfirmation of the hotel.

Below you will find the cancellation policy. The percentages shown must be paid by the guest.

If different conditions have been agreed, they will have priority above the generic conditions.

Individual reservations: generic conditions

Up to 48 hours before arrival, you can cancel/modify the reservation without charge. Less than 48 hours before arrival (3:00 pm Belgian time): 100% cancellation fee

·        In case of no show: 100% cancellation fee

·        In case of early departure: 100% cancellation fee

Different conditions may apply to reservations for more than 5 nights or when the total amount is higher than 1,000 Euro.

Group reservations: generic conditions (from 10 persons) *

• Cancellation between 6 weeks and 14 days before arrival: 50% charges
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 100% charges
• 2 rooms from the group can be cancelled until 48 prior to arrival without charges (deadline 3pm, Belgian time)
• Late cancellation : full payment of the full stay

In case of cancellation or premature departure where costs are involved, the stated guarantee will be used to charge the costs without the credit card having to be physically present at the hotel.

The availability of the room is guaranteed on the day of arrival from 3:00 pm. The luggage room can be used before 3.00 pm.

It is mandatory for guests to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. An additional guarantee of 50 Euro per day can be requested for any extras. The unused amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure.

The maximum room capacity may not be exceeded under any circumstances. If more people are present on arrival than indicated in the reservation, additional accommodation needs to be booked. Availability is not guaranteed.

On the day of departure the room has to be vacated before 11:00 am. In case of late departure a supplement or a full extra night will be charged.

On the day of departure you can use the luggage room all day long.

Children of all ages are welcome provided that the maximum room capacity is respected.

For reservations from 10 persons onwards or from 1,000 Euro, special conditions and additional supplements may apply. The hotel will contact you after the reservation.

The hotel does not accept stag and hen parties or similar events.

An online reservation is guaranteed with a credit card.

Five days before arrival, the hotel will authorize the credit card for the total amount of the reservation. If the authorization is not successful, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to inform you about this by e-mail.

The authorization is automatically released by the credit card company according to the terms and conditions of the bank that issued the credit card.

Pets, including service animals, are not allowed.

Reservation confirmation

Every reservation is considered valid and confirmed after accepting the reservation and general conditions and entering credit card details as a guarantee.

The hotel is not responsible for entering an incorrect e-mail address so that the booking confirmation is not received. In case of doubt, always contact the hotel to provide a correct e-mail address to which the confirmation can be sent again.

Payment of individual reservations takes place upon arrival at the hotel.

Payment of group bookings is done according to the agreed conditions by bank transfer or credit card.
