Booking terms & conditions
  • The reservation is considered final only after receiving the required prepayment. Any remaining payments must be made on the specified date. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
  • The security deposit is set at €200. Upon thorough self-cleaning and our inspection, you will receive the full deposit back. If you choose not to clean yourself, €60 will be charged, and you will receive €140 back.
  • Duvets and pillows are provided in the apartment. You need to bring your own sheets and towels. If this is not possible, you can rent sheet sets for €16 per bed and towel sets for €4 per person. Please reserve this prior to your arrival.
  • Additionally, it is possible to reserve a parking space for €25 per day per car. Hurry, as the number of spaces is limited.
  • Our accommodation is specifically intended for families. Minors are only allowed when staying with their (grand)parents to ensure peace for other residents in the building. We aim not to host noisy groups in our apartment.
