• If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Should the ski area be closed due to the Covid19 pandemic, or if a stay with us at the Arlberg would be unreasonable, we would immediately return the deposit, as in the last winter season, contrary to our cancellation conditions.
