Guest rooms and Luxury guest rooms:
Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival free of charge when staying from Sunday to Thursday!
except friday and saturday, holidays and school holidays! the following conditions shall apply:
Up to 2 months before arrival 0%.
Up to 1 month before arrival 50%, after that 100% of the stay will be charged.

For group bookings (from 3 rooms and more) and for booking an apartment, the following conditions apply:
Up to 2 months before arrival 50%, after that 100% of the stay will be charged.
The cancellation policy applies even if the reservation is changed. Credit card costs will always be deducted if canceled.

If you cancel, we will try
offer the accommodation again with all the connected channels.
For new rentals, the cancellation fee will not be charged. Please note that a € 25.00 administration fee (not applicable if a new booking is made).
We highly recommend you take out travel and cancellation insurance! Also for force majeure, disasters and unforeseen matters.
