Guest Rooms and Luxury Guest Rooms:

Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival free of charge for stays from Sunday to Thursday!

except Friday and Saturday, public holidays and school holidays, in which case the following conditions apply:

Up to 2 months before arrival 0%.

Up to 1 month before arrival 50%.

Thereafter, 100% of the accommodation costs are due

For group bookings (from 3 rooms and more) and flat bookings the following conditions apply:

Up to 2 months before arrival 50%.

Thereafter, 100% of the accommodation costs are due

The cancellation conditions also apply if the booking is changed. Credit card charges will always be deducted in the event of cancellation.

Should you cancel, we will of course try to offer the accommodation again through all affiliated channels.

For new rentals, the cancellation fee will not be charged except for a 15% commission fee (booking channels for quick rentals).

We strongly recommend travel and cancellation insurance! Also for force majeure, disasters and contingencies.

This prevents unexpected costs when it is already annoying enough that your stay with us is cancelled.

This can often be done very easily and cheaply on your package insurance as continuous travel and cancellation insurance, so you will never be faced with unpleasant surprises...
