All bookings are made under the Uniform Hospitality Conditions (UVH).

Hotel cancellation
Cancellation of your hotel reservation is only possible by e-mail. If you did not make the booking directly with us, but with a booking platform, you can only cancel it there.

The following rules apply:
a. In case of cancellation of a non-refundable rate, we will charge the total reservation value of the hotel costs. Your credit card details are necessary to book this offer.

b. If you cancel a fully flexible rate, we will not charge any costs if this is done 48 hours before the day of arrival. After 48 hours we will charge the total reservation value of the hotel costs.

 

c. In case of no show (no cancellation, guest will not come) we charge the total reservation value of the hotel costs.

Group reservations: for every 6 rooms you book, we charge a deposit of 750 euros at arrival; a valid credit card works as well.
