|Included||Prices include electricity, water, heating and final cleaning.|
|Caution||With the payment of the surplus, we ask to pay a caution of 125,00 € for each holiday home. The amount will be returned to you after the check of the state of the holiday home and the inventory of the items put at your disposal and after deduction of any additional services and fees. If restitution is not possible on your departure, the advance on services and service expenses will be transferred on your bank account within 14 days. Not included are sheets and towels. The general terms and conditions apply to all reservations.|
|Pets||Pets are not allowed.|
|Reservations||Reservations only become valid and final after written confirmation made by BVBA Guimar and after payment of the full amount of the booking. Minors must have the reservation form signed by one of their parents or guardian.|
|Payments||1. Upon booking, the full amount must be paid immediately. 2. The balance of the booking amount must be transferred at the latest 6 weeks before the start of the stay. 3. In case of a reservation within 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, the full amount must be settled at the time of booking. 4. In case of non-payment of the invoice within the fixed period, a delay interest of 1,5% per month is due, rightfully and without prior notice, starting the expiry date. 5. In case of late payment of the amount due, BVBA Guimar is entitled to dissolve the agreement unilaterally, without this leading to any form of compensation for the customer. Amounts that were already paid will not be refunded.|
|Changes||Changes to a booked stay can be made on request of the customer, if at all possible, up to 6 weeks before the start of the stay. Within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, a change will cost 15 € per booking.|
|Complaints||In spite of the good care of BVBA Guimar, it is possible that you have a complaint. If so, please contact BVBA Guimar immediately, so that they can look for a solution. Complaints that cannot be solved to your complete satisfaction during your stay can be sent by registered letter to BVBA Guimar, up to 30 days after your stay.|
|Liability||The management of BVBA Guimar does not accept liability for: 1. Loss, theft, damages, injury or accidents caused to people or goods during or in consequence of a stay in a holiday home of BVBA Guimar. 2. The failure of any technical equipment. 3. Verbal information or information given by telephone. 4. You will allow without the right to compensation any necessary maintenance during your stay in the holiday home.|
|Obligations||All holidaymakers should comply with the house rules which you can find in your documentation. Not complying with the house rules can lead to removal from the house, with retention of a part or the whole rent and/or warrant. Pets are not allowed.|
|Cancellations||Bookings that aren't paid 10 days after the given date, will be canceled.|
