Reservation conditions - Bed & Breakfast in Bruges

The reservation is only final after receipt of the confirmation email from b&b Het Havenhuis.

We attach great importance to a transparent and fair reservation procedure. Please read the conditions below carefully:

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation can be made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, in which case you will receive a full refund for your reservation.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, we cannot offer a refund and the amount paid will not be refunded.

All proposed prices do not include (future introduced) tourist tax. If this appears to be applicable for a period of stay, it will be billed directly to the staying guest separately from the room rate, even if its introduction was not yet concrete at the time of booking. This possible tax is entirely the responsibility of the guest, imposed by the municipality, and cannot under any circumstances be recovered from the b&b.
