Come and spend an exceptional night on the water! This Homeboat is ideally situated in a rural setting and at the Westhoek Marina in Nieuwpoort. It is the perfect accommodation for a couple or a family.
The boat is fully equipped and very bright. The interior is 46 m2 and the terrace has a surface area of 30 m2. Relax on the ground floor terrace or on the roof terrace for sunbathing.
The Homeboat has a spacious living room, you can relax in the armchairs and enjoy the electric fire with a panoramic view of the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and all other utensils you may need during your holiday.
The living room is not (yet) equipped with a television, but there is an audio system. You can also use the free Wi-Fi on board this unique accommodation.
The homeboat has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200) and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, which can accommodate 2 people. Bed linen is provided.
The Homeboat has air conditioning and heating.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and electric towel dryer.
As the homeboat is situated in the Westhoek Marina, you can use all the facilities of the Marina. There is a bistro and barbecue area and you can rent bicycles, kayaks, electric golf carts and boat trips with skipper.
Smoking is not allowed in or around the accommodation.

Cancellation conditions Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. If cancellation is made between 14-7 days : 50% of the total amount will be charged (except cleaning fee) If cancellation is made between 7 days and day of arrival or no-show : The full amount with cleaning fee will be charged. Payment We accept the following online payments: Bancontact, Sofort, iDeal and bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer you have 3 working days to settle this payment.
