Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

1.) Main conditions and policy (Individual booking) for periods:

30.06. - 30.9.2023

• till 4 days before date of arrival: free of charge
• 3 - 0 days before date of arrival:100% of total booking

TOTAL AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAID 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

3 days before arrival we will charge credit card 100%.

2.) Main conditions and policy (Individual booking) for ALL OTHER DATES:

• till 3 days before date of arrival: free of charge
• 2 - 0 days before date of arrival:100% of total booking

TOTAL AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAID 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

2 days before arrival we will charge credit card 100%.

3.) Special conditions (groups*):

• till 21 days before date of arrival: free of charge
• 20 - 10 days before date of arrival: 50% of total booking
• 9 - 0 days before date of arrival:100% of total booking

(*) groups = Every booking  more than 10 persons 

TOTAL AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAID 21 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

21 days before arrival we will charge credit card 100%.
