Gift cards  Gift vouchers with an arrangement are valid for 12 months and can be extended at a cost of €25.  Gift vouchers with an amount remain valid indefinitely.  if you do not use the package offered, you cannot receive any compensation, nor other compensation will be given.  if you cancel your reservation with a wonderbox or vivabox, we keep it right to collect the amount, which will invalidate your voucher with us or in other hotels  don't forget to bring your voucher/vivabox/wonderbox, this is your payment!  No refunds can be given on gift vouchers/boxes. If you make a reservation, we always ask to pass on your gift card number to check the verify the authenticity of the receipt. You can pay with the original gift voucher at the hotel reception, no receipt, no valid payment. Bookings through third parties For bookings via other booking channels (booking.com, expedia, airB&B,…) the terms and conditions that you agreed to when making your reservation. these reservations cannot be changed or moved.
