• Up to 28 days before date: cost free
• Up to 14 days before date: 30% of total amount
• Up to 7 days before date: 60% of total amount
• Up to 2 days before date: 80% of total amount
• Cancellation / changing date from 1 day before arrival: 100% total amount

Deviations from the agreement such as cancellation or rebooking must be documented.
