Cancellation policy for all reservations outside exceptions:
Below you will find the conditions in force in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you. The special conditions when applied , take priority over the generic ones. Generic conditions (Individual booking), Less than 48 h before date : 1st Night. Special conditions (Groups*), Between 7 and 0 Day(s) : 100.00 %. Between 21 and 8 Day(s): 50.00 %. More than 3 weeks: 25.00 EUR. (*) Groups: every booking from 3 rooms.

 

Cancellation exceptions for certain periods:
(There are different cancellation conditions and different check-in and check-out times for these specific dates).

1. Weekend of 17-18-19-20 July 2025

  • Check-in is possible between 11:00 and 13:00 (other times are not available).
  • Check-out should be before 11:00. Late check-out between 11:00 and 12:00 is subject to a €25 surcharge, and between 12:00 and 13:30 is subject to a €100 surcharge.
  • A correct credit card with each reservation is therefore necessary!
  • The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest pays the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels within 30 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 30 days before arrival.

2. Weekend of 24-25-26-27 July 2025

  • Check-in is possible between 11:00 and 13:00 (other times are not available).
  • Check-out must take place before 11:00. Late check-out between 11:00 and 12:00 is subject to a €25 surcharge, and between 12:00 and 13:30 is subject to a €100 surcharge.
  • A correct credit card with each reservation is therefore necessary!
