Welcome to the Hotel Heintz!

Situated in the heart of the small historic town Vianden in the North of Luxembourg, Hotel Heintz welcomes its guests in a renovated former monastery with a cosy atmosphere, charming facilities, antique furniture, a lovingly kept backyard and a garden with terrace right next to the Trinitarian church.

Our hotel which is family owned in the 5th generation is the perfect spot for a getaway. It is only a short walk away from the famous castle of Vianden, ideally located to discover the rest of the small yet beautiful Luxembourg and the neighbouring German region called the Eifel.

Staying overnight in our hotel, you’ll rise to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the aroma of baked rolls while hearing the cheerful chirping of birds outside your window.

Booking terms & conditions

Your credit card details are only required to guarantee your booking. In other words, the credit card will not be charged in advance.
Exceptions: late cancellation, modification or no-show

Standard rate: You may modify or cancel your booking (without any cancellation fee) until 3 days (72 hours) before your arrival date. Please note that the arrival date starts at 00:00 (CET). By late cancellation, modification or no-show, you'll be charged the total price of the reservation. 

Special conditions (groups*): You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. If you change or cancel later, the total price of all rooms will be charged. (*) Groups = bookings of 4 or more rooms. 

City Tax Vianden: From January 1, 2023, a tourist tax will have to be paid in Vianden (2€/person/night).
