RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Confirm your reservation by paying the full amount by bank transfer to our bank account or via online payment.

If you have any additional requests or wishes, please inform us before confirming the reservation.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Cancellation of the reservation is free up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival, we retain 100% of the reservation amount. In case of early departure or no-show, 100% of the accommodation payment is retained.

If you cancel the reservation more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the paid reservation amount within 5 days.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and, in special circumstances, the right to cancel or change it. If we cancel the reservation, we are obliged to find alternative accommodation of equal or better quality at the same or higher price and arrange transportation for you.

Hotel Kozana assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience caused if the guest does not receive notification of the change due to incorrect contact information.
