Booking terms & conditions

-A Sauvage is on duty on Monday from 6.30am to 7pm, Tuesday to Friday 6.30am to 8pm, Saturday 7.30am to 8pm and Sunday 7.30am to 5pm. If you need to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us and we will arrange for your safe arrival.

-A good Sauvage starts a good day with a good breakfast. Our breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 9.00 am and on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 to 10.00 am.

-You will have the opportunity to enjoy a breakfast with fresh local products in buffet form, but you can also order some dishes a la carte at no extra charge.

-When the Sauvage is hungry or thirsty, he drinks or eats. A small catering service with local sweet and savoury products is available 7 days a week during the day.

-A Sauvage likes to give. In your room, 2 sprigs of chocolate, 2 bottles of mineral water and coffee are offered to you with great pleasure (only in the rooms Le Sauvage, not in the flats La Sauvage)

-A Sauvage likes to remember. All the clothes worn by the Sauvages who serve you can be bought. So if you want to have a souvenir and travel the world as a Sauvage, this is your chance.

-An Indian does not like to be cancelled. You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 10pm the day before your arrival. After this time 100% of the arrangement will be due!

-Un Sauvage loves animals. They are therefore welcome. However, their presence will result in an additional charge of CHF 30 per night and per animal.

-Un Sauvage cares about the safety and well-being of its guests. As our establishment is non-smoking, failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of CHF 150.00. This amount can be pre-authorised on your credit card at any time during your stay!

Un Sauvage likes to receive guests in good conditions. Your room will be ready for you by 3pm. On the day of your departure, you will have to vacate it by 12:00.

-Un Sauvage likes the spirit of participation. The tourist tax of CHF 3.00 per person per night is charged in addition to the room rate.

-Un Sauvage does not like to do much administrative work in your presence. In order to facilitate check-in and to have more time to welcome you, we invite you to send us your nationality and the number of an identity document, specifying which document it is.

-Le Sauvage does not like to talk about money. Payment for all services booked is made at check-in, your receipt is then sent to you by email and we will not have to talk about money. You can enjoy and we will be dedicated to you!

A Sauvage wants to know everything. If you are missing any information, do not hesitate to contact us, we will not fail to provide answers.
