RESERVATION GUARANTEE

A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation. In case the guest does not have a credit card, the guarantee is made with 50% advance payment of the full amount no later than 3 days after the reservation.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION and ADVANCE PAYMENT

In case the guest cancels the already confirmed reservation, does not come on the agreed day or leaves early, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• up to 30 days before arrival - cancellation is free of charge;

• 30 days or less before arrival - we charge 50% of the total stay;

• In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In case that the guest is unable to arrive at the hotel due to COVID-19 (mandatory quarantine or isolation, positive test), an advance of 50% of the total amount can be used for another, available term. In case of border closure, cancellation is free of charge.

The guest should communicates the situation with a hotel to the e-mail address ([email protected]) or to the telephone number + 386 41 355 925 as soon as possible.

ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL DURING COVID-19 MEASURES

Before arriving, guests are asked to check the website of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia (https://www.gov.si/teme/koronavirus-sars-cov-2/), which defines the current conditions for staying in a hotel. An European digital certificate is mandatory.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENT

TOURIST TAX:

• adults: 2.00 EUR per person per day

• children from 7 to 18 years: EUR 1.00 per person per day

BALANCE OF PAYMENT

Payment upon arrival is possible:

• with cash in Euros as stated in your booking confirmation

• by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Maestro card, charged according to the valid exchange rate.

Breakfast is included in the price.

LUNCH AND DINNER

In Hotel Lipa we have a restaurant that is open after the following working hours:

Monday: closed

Tuesday - Friday: 17:00 - 22:00

Saturday - Sunday: 12:00 - 22:00

CHILDREN

A baby cot is possible in a superior double room with balcony, family room, triple room or suite.

A cot is not possible in double rooms. A baby cot is available at an additional cost of € 5 per day.

HOUSE PETS

Pets are not allowed.

PARKING

Parking is free in the car park in front of and behind the hotel.

Check-in at the reception: 15.00−20.00 *

Check-out at the reception until 11.00

* Please announce your early or late arrival when confirming your reservation, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with an accommodation reservation. In case of later arrival we will send you further instructions. In case of early arrival we will provide you with safe storage of your luggage until the time when your room is ready.
