Citytax & Handling Fee The City tax and Handling Fee of €5 per person per night is charged separately on top of the overnight rate, it still needs to be paid at the hotel. Cancelation conditions Cancellation/change of reservation is possible free of charge until 1 day before arrival, before 23:59. After this date, the entire reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation. The Nonrefundable rate, 100% of the amount will be paid at the time of booking. Cancellations and changes are NOT possible.
Note: During some busy periods and for group bookings (any booking of 5 or more rooms) other cancellation policies will apply. These conditions will be communicated to you by the hotel upon receipt of your booking. |
