Cancellation is free of charge untill 24-hours before the day of arrival. In case of a late cancellation or “no show” we are necessary to charge 100% cancellations costs. If you unexpected must leave earlier than reserved, please cancel the reservation as soon as possible. This can avoid costs. A Non Refundable rate is not possible anymore to cancel or change the reservation. On all our agreements the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply. |
