 Booking Terms & Conditions

  • The room price is excluding city tax. During the booking process you can see the price including the city tax at Total price from Step 2. At the confirmation the price including city tax is indicated. In 2020 this will be 6,43% of the room rate + €3 per person per night.
  • Check in to our hotel is possible when at least one person per room is 18 years or older.
  • Children until 2 years old can stay for free in the room when using a baby bed or the existing bedding. Children 3 years and older need their own bed in the room.
  • When you book a Non-Refundable rate, it is not possible to cancel or change your booking. The full amount will be charged after you have booked.
  • When you book the Flexible rate with credit card guarantee, you can pay on arrival in the hotel. Cancellation or modification is free up till 2 day's prior to the day of arrial. Accepted payment forms are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and cash.
  • Special conditions may apply for groups of 4 rooms or more. We will contact you via email with the payment and cancellation conditions.
