- Cancellation and reservation Policy -

Best Rate:  A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. 50% balance is required 45 days before arrival. This is our best and therefore non refundable rate. 

Flexible rate: Free cancellation by 10AM - local time - 45 days prior to arrival. After this date a, a 100% balance will be charged. 

Groups : We consider reservations of 3 rooms or more for the same dates, whether or not booked individually by a connected group of people, as a group reservation. For groups, we apply Best-Rate/Non-Refundable only: 50% deposit payable upon reservation + balance payable 45 days prior to arrival. Note: due to high demand, we cannot block large numbers of rooms without a final commitment. Please contact our reception directly for group requests & best possible rates.

Please note and accept that : 

• A no-show will always be 100% charged.
• Any cancellations within 45 days of arrival will be 100% charged and not refunded. 
• A pre-payment is always required in the local currency
• Payment will be made on the name RiadSakkan
