By making a reservation, you agree to the payment and cancellation terms below:

Cancellation conditions

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing or by e-mail. A cancellation incurs the following charges. 

If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before arrival, you pay the entire

reservation excluding tourist tax. This means 5 days before 16:00 on the day of arrival (this also applies to no-shows). 

Reservations at the Non Refundable rate cannot be cancelled and cannot be moved.

If you wish to change your reservation and the new date is more expensive than the original reservation, we will have to charge you the difference. Rescheduling must be requested before the cancellation conditions come into force.

Have you booked at least three rooms in a group? Then other cancellation conditions apply to you.

Reservations for the Non Refundable rate cannot be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.

A cancellation is subject to the following charges.

- For cancellation from the 21st day before arrival 25% of total reservation.

- For cancellation from the 20th day to the 8th day of arrival 50% of total reservation.

- If cancelled from the 7th to the day of arrival or no show 100% of total reservation.

- The cancellation insurance is not valid for groups of 3 rooms or more.

Payment conditions

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, PIN, American Express, V-Pay and cash as means of payment.

In case of an unsuccessful card charge, you will receive an error message.

Payment must be made or paid on arrival.

These conditions only apply to reservations made directly at Hotel Blooker. Reservations made through other booking sites may be subject to other conditions.

To save you these costs in case of a certain incident, we advise you to take care of a good travel insurance.
