  • 30% of the total amount will be charged within 2 days after the reservation is confirmed.
  • The balance amount (70%) of the total price of your stay is due on arrival. 
  • A refundable security deposit of US$100 is due on arrival.
  • Payment is accepted by: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, bank/wire transfer or cash.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations, no-shows and early departures have a huge negative impact on a small property like ours. We would like to invite you to read our cancellation policy carefully. 

  • Cancellation is free of charge until 30 days prior to the date of arrival; we will refund your deposit in full.
  • Cancellation between 30 days and 24 hours prior to the date of arrival; we retain 100% of the deposit amount as cancellation costs. 
  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no-show or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent; 100% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs. 
  • We recommend to take out travel insurance.

What is Included? Apartments 27A, 27C, 31, 33A, 37A, 37C, water (1000L per week) and electricity (10kWh per day). Apartments 27B, 27D, 33B, 26A, 26B, WS4 water (1500L per week) and electricity (20kWh per day). If allotted amounts are exceeded the difference will be settled with the security deposit. Cost of water is $9.50/m3 and electricity $0.50/kWh. Included supplies: set of bed linen, set of bath towels, 2x toilet paper, 2x waste bag, dish washing liquid/3x dish washer tab (i.a.), 6x coffee-, sugar- and creamer stick, 6x tea bags, Rituals toiletries, bath towels, bed linen and kitchen set are provided. For the Nespresso machines we provide 4 Nespresso coffee pods. Every other day the towels will be refreshed. Housekeeping service and bed linen change every 7th day. On the premises is a washing machine which can be used by our guests free of charge. Detergent and softener are not included.
