Cancellation conditions for individual bookings

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
  • In case of late cancellation after 5 days before the day of arrival the full amount of the reservation will be charged

Cancellation policy for group bookings (3 rooms or more)

  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
  • In case of late cancellation after 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged

Cancellation conditions for non-refundable reservations

  • In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged
