Main conditions and policy (Individual booking), Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: first night. Special conditions (groups*), between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%. Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %. More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR. (*) groups = Every booking of 3 or more rooms.|

|General conditions||1. General Le Stonghe cannot be held responsible for any disruption, modification or hindrance to the customer's stay, if this is due to unforeseen or insurmountable events beyond his control. Le Stonghe cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by the work of third parties, such as municipality, province, etc. Nor can Le Stonghe be held responsible for interruption of municipal water or electricity. Le Stonghe declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to luggage, personal property or vehicle, as well as for costs resulting from failure to reach the holiday home or flat on time due to delay. 2. Booking and price. A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. A reservation is valid from the moment Le Stonghe has received payment. Payment implies that the hirer has taken note of and agrees with the general rental conditions mentioned here and the full description of the flat he has rented. The remaining payment must be made 6 weeks before arrival, payment details can be found in the confirmation e-mail sent after booking. The prices of Le Stonghe are calculated in EURO'S and are per dwelling per week or per day. If the tenant is entitled to a refund due to cancellation, this will be transferred back by Le Stonghe. 3. Cancellation by the tenant. Any cancellation must be reported to Le Stonghe in writing and by telephone. In case of cancellation a payment of 75% of the total amount. For cancellations from 60 days before check-in date a payment of 100% of the total amount. 4. Cancellation by Le Stonghe. If unforeseen circumstances require Le Stonghe to cancel a rental agreement, the renter will be informed immediately and payments will be refunded. 5. Complaints and disputes. No complaint will be considered if it is not reported within 24 hours of taking possession of the holiday home and followed by a registered letter. The same rule applies if something serious occurs during the stay in the holiday home. If the hirer refuses to take possession of the holiday home because the condition of the home does not correspond to what he may reasonably expect, he should immediately contact Le Stonghe. If it is not possible to come to an agreement, he should have the complaint verified by an expert, a bailiff or a notary, in order to obtain an objective opinion. 6. Arrival and departure. The arrival at a holiday home normally takes place between 16:00 and 19:00. The holiday home must be vacated no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed. 7. Maximum number of occupants. No more people may stay in a holiday home than the standard occupancy per flat, unless prior permission has been granted by Le Stonghe. If this number is exceeded, the person in charge of reception can deny access to the holiday home to these extra people. If, at a later date and without the knowledge of the person in charge of the accommodation, additional persons do come to stay in the accommodation, a claim for 25% of the rental fee per additional person will immediately arise, which, if necessary, will be deducted from the security deposit. 8. Pets and smoking. It is not allowed to bring a pet into the flat, nor is smoking permitted. Exceptions can be made regarding pets. 9. Additional costs. At the end of the stay, the tenant must settle the additional costs mentioned in the description of the holiday home fireplace wood and heating. Tourist tax is payable by the landlord and is therefore included in the rental price. 10. Cleaning. The house should be found clean and tidy. If this is not the case, this must be reported immediately to the person who takes care of the reception, so that he can rectify the situation. The tenant must report this to Le Stonghe within 24 hours. On departure, the tenant must leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The final cleaning fee of 50 euros is payable upon booking. The amount is mentioned in the description of the holiday home. Nevertheless, the owner reserves the right to deduct an additional amount from the deposit if the tenant does not leave the property clean and tidy.|
