Cancellation and Payment Conditions

Rooms booked for a stay in the period from the 1st of May until the 30th of November in any year can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before arrival.

Rooms booked for a stay in the period from the 1st  of December till the 30th of April in any year can be cancelled free of charge until 30 days before arrival.

In the case of a confirmed cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival we are unfortunately  forced to charge 50% of the total cost of the booking.  From 14 days until arrival, and in case of no show we always charge the full amount. 

To avoid cancellation fees, please make sure to send us a written cancellation according to above mentioned rules and regulations.

COVID Cover

In addition to the above special rules apply during the pandemic.

If one of the following events takes place as a direct result of any measures taken by (inter)national governments in relation to COVID-19, we offer a full refund until 48hrs before your planned arrival , if one of the following conditions apply:

-You are prevented from travelling as a result of national or international government imposed travel restrictions.  

-You are diagnosed with COVID-19 (a medical proof and/or a positive COVID-19 test in your name is obligatory ).

- In case of a full  closure of the skiing area and/or the town of Haute Nendaz before your planned stay, as a result of national or local government measures.

- In case of closure of the skiing area and/or the town of Haute Nendaz during your stay the remainder of your booking will be reimbursed, excluding tourist taxes and booking fees.

Tax:

VAT is including in our prices. Touristtax will be calculated seperate (CHF 3,50 per adult and CHF 1,75 per child up to 16 per night.

Parking: 

We have a free covered parkingspace for your car available

Pets: Pets are not allowed in our rooms with a carpet.
