Parking

Free of charge parking is available next to the hotel. 

Internet

Free of charge WiFi is available in all hotel rooms. 

Breakfast

Breakfast is seasonally available from the beginning of May to the end of October.

If not included in the room rate, the breakfast coupons (EUR 9.00/person) can be purchased at the reception.

All-you-can eat self-service continental breakfast is available every day from 07:00 to 10:00 in the Štern restaurant, located next to the reception.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms.

If any traces of smoking are found in the room, a total charge of EUR 200.00 will be imposed for cleaning and damage compensation.

Children

Children of any age are allowed.

Children up to 3,99 years old stay free of charge when accommodated with their supervisors (existing mattress) or when using an available baby cot.

Baby cot is available free of charge upon prior notice and it is subject to availability.

Extra beds

Extra beds are available only in Standard Double or Standard Twin Rooms. 

Guests 4 years and older can use an extra bed in the room for an additional charge of EUR 29.00 per person per night.

Pets

Pets are allowed in all rooms except in Comfort Double Room with Balcony. 

Additional charge of EUR 12.00 per pet per night applies.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard Rate Policy:

1)       Standard Rate Policy:

Bookings made under the Standard Rate Policy may be cancelled up to 3 days before arrival without any penalty or charge.

2)       Late Cancellation or No-Show:

If the guest cancels the booking less than 3 days before arrival or fails to show up for the reservation, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

If the guest wishes to cancel their reservation, they are kindly requested to send an email to [email protected], as cancellations cannot be processed through the website.

3)       Modification of Reservation:

Reservation modifications are possible a minimum of 3 days before arrival and are subject to availbilty.

Any changes must be approved and may result in a price difference.

4)       Payment:

Payment of the full amount is due 3 days before arrival.

We reserve the right to charge the full amount from the credit card provided during the booking process.

Should the card decline we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.  

5)       Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Standard Rate policy at any time without prior notice.

Non-Refundable Rate Policy:

1)       Non-Refundable Rate Policy:

Bookings made under the Non-Refundable Rate Policy are non-refundable.

2)       Cancellation or No-Show:

If the guest cancels the booking at any given time or fails to show up for the reservation, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3)       Modification of Reservation:

Modifications to bookings made under the Non-Refundable Rate policy are not possible.

4)       Payment:

Payment of the full amount is due at the time of booking.

5)       Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Non-Refundable Rate policy at any time without prior notice.

Please note that these terms and conditions apply to bookings made directly with our company. Bookings made through third-party websites or travel agents may have different terms and conditions.
