Cancellation policy - what is due in case of late cancellations? * Cancellation up to 7 days (or 21 days for groups) before date of arrival: free ( or 30 euros per room) * Cancellation within 7 days ( or 21 days for groups) before date of arrival: 50% of the cancelled nights * No-show or cancellation on the same day: 100% of the reservation When booking a non-refundable rate, the total amount is due in case of cancellation. Groups from 4 rooms on - the amount of 30 euros per room has to be paid on reservation and can not be refunded. |
