BOOKING CONDITIONS

We agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Payment: there is no reservation without payment of 50% within 15 days. The remaining 50 % must be paid 1 month before arrival on the following account number BE77 0017 1455 6842 ( IBAN ) GEBABEBB ( BIC ).

Please mention your reservation number in the communication.

2.The rental price includes the rent of the bungalow, consumption of water and electricity ( 40 kw/day ) and the final cleaning.

For consumption of more than 40 kw/day, 0.50 euro/kw day rate and 0.25 euro/kw night rate will be charged.

3.There is a maximum of 1 pet allowed per accommodation at the additional charge of 5.00 euro / day. Please let us know at reservation if you are bringing a pet.

4.Bed linen and towels are not provided in the bungalow. Bed linen can be rented at 10.00 euro / person. Please indicate at the time of reservation if you would like bed linen. Bath linen cannot be rented.

5.The deposit will be returned to you within a month minus the cost of any damage, extra consumption of electricity or failure to comply with the booking conditions.

The following conditions must be respected on departure:

5.1.All rubbish must be removed from the bungalow. We only ask you to use rubbish bags from the municipality of Middelkerke (on sale each in the office) and to put them in the right place (at the entrance of the Marinapark). Glass must be deposited in the glass container at the reception of the Marinapark.

In case of irregularities, 20.00 euro will be charged.

5.2.The dishwasher must be empty when you leave.

A charge of 15.00 euro will be made for any irregularities found.

5.3.Duvets / blankets must be neatly folded on the beds when you leave.

If sheets have been hired, they must be placed inside at the entrance door.

6.If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, you can do so free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From the 29th day up to the 15th day before arrival you will have to pay 50%, from the 14th day up to the 14th day before arrival you will have to pay 100%.

You can add a cancellation insurance to your reservation that guarantees a full refund of the rent in case of illness (doctor's note) or force majeure (accident, fire, ...) if you have to cancel.

7.Arrival is between 15.00 and 17.00, departure is at 10.00. An earlier or later check-in or check-out is possible on request. There may be an additional charge for this.

In July and August check-in is between 17.00 and 19.00 hrs.
