Hotel «Le Moulin du Val de Seugne» Reservation (Booking) Terms & Conditions

High Season: May 1st - September 30th and Holidays; Low Season: March 3rdtill April 30thand October 1sttill October 28th

1. Hotel Reservation (booking) guarantee:

a. Guests are required to provide Credit (Debit) Card number, Cardholder name and card expiry date during booking process;

b. 1-2 nights reservations do not require deposit;

c. 3+ nights reservations require 30% of Stay Price Deposit;

d. Deposit may be transferred to the Hotel in following ways:

o Sum of deposit is frozen on Guest’s Bank Account or Credit Card;

o Sum of deposit is transferred via bank transfer;

o Bank Check with sum of Deposit is sent to the Hotel (France residents only).

Reservation is not guaranteed without abovementioned conditions fulfilled.

2. Booking Cancellation for standard rates (not applicable for promotional rates):

High season rules:

a. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to check-in are not subject to penalties, Guest’s Deposit will be returned;

b. Cancellations made in less than 72 hours prior to check-in are subject to First Night price penalty

Low season rules:

a. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are not subject to penalties, Guest’s Deposit will be returned;

b. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours prior to check-in are subject to First Night price penalty

The sum of Penalty will be withdrawn from the Guest’s bank account/ credit card in case of 1-2 nights stay or deducted from the Deposit indicated in Paragraph 1.

3. Cancellation During the Stay:

Cancellation during stay in the Hotel is subject to 1stcancelled night price penalty withdrawn from Guest’s Bank Account or Credit Card.

4. No check-in / guest absence:

In the case of the Guest No Arrival the Penalty is withdrawn from Guest’s Bank Account or Credit Card or withdrawn from Deposit:

· 1-2 nights stay Penalty – 1stnight price is withdrawn

· 3+ nights stay Penalty – 30% (the sum of Deposit) of total stay amount is withdrawn.

5. Check-in Payment method confirmation:

During Check-in Process Guests are required to provide their Credit Card physically to confirm identity.

6. Check-out Payment:

Unless agreed otherwise, the Final Payment for the Stay and Services Used is executed during Check-out Process at the end of the stay. Unused deposits will be returned to the Guest.

7. Damage and Theft:

Any Damage done to the Hotel property or assets by the Guest will be charged to this Guest in the Full amount.

8. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the Hotel except for special smoking areas. Violation of this rule is subject to € 100 Penalty.

By proceeding with the Reservation (Booking) Guest is Accepting all abovementioned terms and conditions of the Hotel.
