Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy 

Listed below are the conditions which, if canceled in force. The amounts shown are to be paid by you. 

• If canceled up to 30 days, no fee will be charged. Before date of arrival 
• If canceled up to 14 day before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 
• If canceled later or if you do not show up (no-show), the total price of the reservation will be charged. 
• We apply COVID 19 Measures, as long as this is necessary to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff. You can find this meassures on our website. These measures can be tightened up. When making the booking, you indicate that you are aware of the measures we have taken.

Deposit Policy 

What rules do you use in the field of payment / deposit? 

For the houses we ask 250 euro deposit on location.

Once you have booked, 100% of the total amount will be charged directly. 

Within two weeks the first 50% of the total amount needs to be paid.

The next 50% should be paid two weeks prior to the arrival.

If you book within two weeks of arrival then 100% of the amount needs to be paid before arrival.

We ask a cash deposit of 250 euro when you book a house.

An amount of 125 euro is required for final cleaning of the houses. This is not required for the hotelrooms
