Reservation conditions Aparthotel Ons Epen

A reservation is always confirmed by Ons Epen to the guest.

This can be done verbally, automatically via our reservation system or in writing by e-mail or mail.

The booking confirmation is a summary of what has been mutually agreed and is a proof that the guest is welcome.

Possibly a deposit is requested, in which case this is clearly stated in the confirmation.

Cancellation policy Aparthotel Ons Epen

In accordance with Article 9 of the Uniform Conditions for the Royal Netherlands Hotel Industry.

If a reservation solely for accommodation, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more individuals, the following percentages of the reservation value that must be paid by the customer to Ons Epen (unless otherwise agreed in writing) apply to the cancellation of that reservation:

• Between 8 and 14 days before arrival date: 30%
• Between 2 and 7 days before arrival date: 60%
• 24 hours or less before the arrival date: 100%

Additional to above Uniform Conditions:

• Earlier departure or no-show: 100% of the reservation value.

• An NRF (Non Refundable) reservation can not be changed or cancelled. In case of cancellation, earlier departure or no-show; the full cost of the reservation value will be charged and has to be payed by the guest.

From experience we know that despite all the joy of your booked holiday, something can always happen in the short term. To avoid costs and hassle, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
