Individual customers

In case of a cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, i.e. at the latest noon before 2 days of arrival, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show the total reservation will be charged.

Groups (3 rooms or more)

(not applicable to a partial cancellation up to 10% of the original reservation if notified more than 24 hours before arrival and reconfirmed by the hotel)

In case of cancellation:

• Between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival: 50% of the reserved services
• Less than 1 week: 100% of the reserved services
