Cancellation conditions In case of 'NO SHOW', the customer must pay the total amount of the reservation.
Group reservations (each booking from 4 or more rooms): - Up to 90 days before the scheduled arrival date, the entire reservation or part of it can be cancelled without compensation. - From 30 days to 89 days before the expected arrival date, a lump sum compensation of 50% of the cancelled reservation(s) is due. - From 14 days to 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, a lump sum compensation of 75% of the price of the cancelled reservation(s) is due. - Cancellation less than 14 days before the expected date of arrival, a lump sum compensation equal to 100% of the price of the cancelled reservation(s) will be due. - In addition, the above-mentioned cancellation conditions and all other conditions of the agreement will also be charged to the organiser when the participants themselves are liable for the payment of their room, breakfast and extras, and in case of non-appearance of the participants. |
