Policy for the non refundable, non changeable rate

No change or cancellation may be made after booking. Upon booking, the client accepts to be charged the full amount of the stay, this amount being non refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.

The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

The cancellation policy for all other rates

• Cancellation 4 days prior to arrival date; no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 3 days or less prior to arrival date; 100% cancellation fee on total booking.
• 3 days prior to arrival, the total cost of the accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
