Reservation and cancellation conditions:

1° Cancellation conditions for standard prices.
No charges will be made for cancellations up to 5 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 1 day before the arrival date or if you do not show up (no-show), the total price of the reservation will be charged.
2° Cancellation conditions for the following rate plans:
Early booking rates.
Non-refundable rates.
All promotional rates.
Longstay rates.
Black Friday Deals.
All packages.
It is not possible to cancel or change any of the aforementioned rate plans.
General standard rule:
Standard rule for all rate plans, it is not possible to cancel or change for any reason. Here are some examples: border closures, force majeure, medical reasons, family reasons, it is not possible to cancel, change or request a voucher.

Payment conditions:

1° Payment conditions for standard rates:
Your credit card will be charged with the amount of the total reservation on the 5th day before arrival.

2° Payment conditions for early booking reservations, non-refundable prices, promotional rates, all offers, packages and Longstay rates or Black Friday Deals:

The total reservation value for all reservations will be charged immediately after booking and is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total reservation will be charged, except for standard rates your credit card will be charged 5 days before arrival date.
