Cancellation policy: 1° Cancellation conditions for standard prices. If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled between the 7th and 2 days before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50 per day, per room will be charged. If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival or if you do not show up (no-show), the total price of the reservation will be charged. 2° Cancellation conditions for early booking reservations, non-refundable prices, promotional rates, all offers, arrangements and Longstay rates. Standard rule for these reservations: it is not possible for any reason to cancel or change. Here are some examples: closing the borders, force majeure, medical reasons, family reasons, it is not possible to cancel, change or request a voucher.
Terms of payment: 1° Payment conditions for standard rates: Your credit card will be charged with the amount of the total reservation on the 7 day before arrival. 2° Payment conditions for early booking reservations, non-refundable prices, promotional rates, all offers, arrangements and Longstay rates. The total reservation value will be charged once you have booked and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total reservation will be charged. |
