Individual rooms In case of cancellation we require a written request. Your cancellation is confirmed when you have received conformation. • Free cancellation before 11:00 AM on the day of arrival • No payment today, you only pay during your stay • Credit card details only as guarantee • Change of plans? In case of cancellation, change or in case of no-show after 11:00 AM on the day of arrival, the total of the cancelled amount of the reservation will be charged. Your cancellation is confirmed when you have received conformation.• For cancellations between 15 and 2 days prior to arrival 60 % of the total cancelled amount will be charged. • For cancellations between 2 and 0 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total cancelled amount will be charged.
