Thank you for your interest in our accommodation PassaDia. On this page you can check the availability and book your stay.

During the weekend PassaDia is rented as a holiday home, you rent the entire house and stay in privacy.

From Monday to Friday you can also book a stay in one of the guest rooms and a delicious breakfast will be served between 7am and 9am. You can have an evening meal in one of the restaurants in the neighbourhood.

If you don't have a credit card to confirm your reservation, send us an e-mail and we will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.

Booking terms & conditions

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Special conditions are prior to the generic cancellation conditions when applied.

In case of cancellation of a room in the B&B (*):

  • within 48hrs after reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 14 days later
  • less than 14 days before arrival: 50€ per room
  • less than 4 days before arrival: 100% of the first night will be charged
  • now show: 100% of the reservation will be charged

 Special conditions for reservations of 3 or more rooms in the B&B (*):

  • within 48 hours after reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 3 weeks later
  • up to 3 months before arrival: 50€ per room
  • between 3 months and 3 weeks before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged
  • less than 3 weeks before arrival: 100% of the reservation is due

Special conditions for exhibition days in Kortrijk Xpo or sporting events (*):

  • within 48hrs after reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 14 days later
  • less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the first night 
  • less than 4 days before arrival: 70€ per cancelled night with a minimum of 100% of the first night
  • now show: 100% of the reservation 

Special conditions for reservations of Holiday House PassaDia (*):

  • within 48 hours after reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 1 month
  • up to 6 months before arrival: the paid advance is the cancellation fee
  • between 6 months and 1 month before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged
  • less than 1 month before arrival: 100% of the reservation is due

(*) If PassaDia has to cancel the booking itself due to mandatory closure due to measures imposed by the Belgian government or another government agency, then the cancellation conditions also apply. If necessary, the tenant can make use of his cancellation insurance or travel assistance insurance to recover the funds. Inquire with your insurer for adequate insurance coverage, which may also be useful for other trips.

Check-in Between 17:00-21:30 - Please inform us of arrivals before 17:00 or after 21:30 on the day before your arrival. There is a key safe where the key can be taken out if we know in advance of an arrival that differs from the set times. Therefore, please always let us know the time of arrival when you make your reservation.
