Reservation and cancellation conditions

The prices include VAT and services, excluding the city tax and are settled separately.

Below are the conditions that apply to cancellation of a reservation booked directly through the hotel. If you have not booked directly, other conditions may apply.

General terms and conditions:

A valid credit card must be provided when making a reservation. The validity of your card is checked by authorization or reservation.

The credit card will be charged accordingly to the chosen tariff. 

If the card turns out to be invalid, you will be given 24 hours. the time to adjust your details, otherwise the reservation will be unilaterally canceled by us.

Flexible rate:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In case of cancellation from 2 days before arrival, the credit card provided will be charged for the total price of the reservation.

Refunds for late cancellation, changes or no-shows (No Show) are not possible.

Standard rate:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation from 14 days before arrival, the credit card provided will be charged for the total price of the reservation.

Refunds for late cancellation, changes or no-shows (No Show) are not possible.

Non-refundable rate:

The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. No refund is possible.

Changes to the reservation are not permitted and no refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.

Group conditions:

Different conditions automatically apply for group reservations of 4 rooms or more.
