Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest. The cancellation terms follow the austrian hotel regulations. (AGBH Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie). The cancellation terms are as below : Until 6 weeks prior the arrival date cancellation is free of charge. From 6 weeks up to 1 month prior to the arrrival date, cancellation indemnity equals 40% of the booking price. From 1 month up to 1 week prior to the arrrival date, cancellation indemnity equals 70% of the booking price. From 1 week prior to the arrrival date cancellation indemnity equals 90% of the booking price. In case of NO SHOW, cancellation indemnity equals 100% of the booking price. |
