RESERVATIONS WITH FLEXIBLE RATE PLAN:

• Cancellations and changes must be made by email. We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes by telephone or in person. A confirmed reservation can be canceled or changed without any charge until 7 days prior scheduled arrival date. *Please note, changes to the reservation, including date changes or changes to the room type, can cause variations in the rate.
• In case of non-arrival on the day (no-show), late cancellation, and modification (change date) less than 7 days before arrival, full payment will be charged to your credit card.
• Reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival cannot be canceled or changed (full amount will be charged to your credit card).

Full Charge: The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

No-show or Early Departure: In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be retained and is non-refundable.
