Booking conditions
Booking guarantee with credit card.
50% advance withdrawal 14 days prior arrival, balance payable at the riad

Cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel between 14 to 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel between 7 days prior arrival and the arrival day or in case of no-show.

SPECIAL CANCELATION CONDITIONS DURING COVID TIME
If the cancellation occurring at the last minute is due to a change related to:

  • closure of borders by the government (Morocco or your country)
  • change of flight plan or cancellation of flight by the airline
  • proven situation related to COVID (positive test, quarantine, etc.)

Cancellation conditions: Until the 72 hours prior arrival date free cancellation. Within 72 hours prior arrival date 100% of the room price for the entire stay.
