Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest. The lowest price + internet wellness + reservations with voucher: In case of cancellation, change or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Flexible price + packages: A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. After this time or in case of no-show, the full cost of the stay will be invoiced. In the case of cancellation of a reservation with a deposit paid in advance, an additional administrative cost of € 25.00 will be charged in any case. Attention! Christmas and new years package: In case of cancellation, change or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. When we do not receive the voucher codes from a Social Deal-, Groupon-, or Outspot reservation within 48 hours, the reservation will be cancelled. |
