Booking conditions

Serena Vista works in accordance with the hotel industry's cancellation conditions: the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). 

Always applies: The reservation value is the amount for all booked overnight stays.

9.1.4 No show: In the event of a no-show, the customer shall in all cases be required to pay the entire reservation value = 100%.

For group reservations of 10 or more persons:

A group reservation is a reservation of 10 persons or more; regardless of the number of nights of the reservation. This is subject to special cancellation conditions in accordance with UVH. Please contact Serena Vista to discuss for an arrangement.

For reservations up to and including 9 people:

A reservation for individuals is a reservation from 1 to 9 people; regardless of the number of nights of the reservation. For a cancellation more than X days before the effective date, the client is required to pay Y % of the reservation value to Serena Vista.

more than 30 days = 0% = free cancellation
more than 14 days = 15%
more than 7 days = 35%
more than 3 days = 60%
more than 24 hours = 85
less than 24 hours = 100%
