Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Check-out on the day of departure is until noon.

Do you need an invoice? Feel free to let us know with which company details this should be stated. Our invoices are sent by e-mail as standard. If you wish to receive an invoice by post, postage costs of 2.50 euros will be charged. We explicitly reject all possible purchase conditions that conflict with the conditions stated here.

These are the cancellation conditions that apply to the online booking:

* For individual bookings canceling up to 3 days before the arrival date is free of charge. If canceled later, 100% of the first night will be charged. If you do not cancel and do not appear (no-show), 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

Credit cards are requested to guarantee these bookings. A pre-authorization can be done. The actual payment will be made at the hotel. This is possible with cash, bank, and credit card.

Bookings with discount / smart deal/member smart deal

Bookings marked "Smart Deal" or "member smart deal" are charged directly on the specified credit card or were paid directly via bank-contact / ideal / sofort. There is also a non-refund on these bookings. These bookings cannot be canceled.

* For bookings from 3 rooms and/or from 3 nights in principle the standard conditions apply. Additional conditions may apply as a result of a risk analysis, such as a down payment. If this is the case you will receive an email message.

Additional conditions apply to group bookings:

For cancellations between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival, 50% will be charged. 100% is charged for less than 1 week. Deviations from this are only possible with prior agreement.

* For all bookings: all changes made after the arrival date are non-refundable.
