A non-refundable reservation will be charged directly after the booking on the given creditcard. Non-refundable reservations can not be modified or cancelled. If the reservation is cancelled, a penalty fee of 100% will be charged. A flexible reservation can be changed or cancelled upto 48h prior to arrival date. The payment of the room will be asked at check-in. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, a penalty fee of 100% will be charged. |
