The Ritz booking & cancelation policies:

Standard Rate, Bed & Breakfast, Romance Package
- Deposit Policy 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
- Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the entire reservation will be charged.

Advance Purchase
- Deposit Policy 100 percent of the stay will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified the deposit is non-refundable.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable

Long Term Stay, Long Term 30+ Nights
- Deposit Policy 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable until 16 days prior to arrival.  50% of the total stay less the first night will be charged 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified 15 days or less prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable
- If the stay is shortened or checkout is earlier than the required minimum room nights, there is no refund on nights not used.

All Rate Plans
- Village Fee of 15%
- There is capacity for one extra beds in the room at $20.- per night
- When booking 5 rooms or more (or in case of long stay bookings), different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Please note that car rental is non-refundable in order to guarantee your reservation.
