• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
• Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25%

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel to a customer or refuse to stay if management has reason to believe that the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is wearing inappropriately or has or is likely to behave in a threatening, harmful, defamatory or otherwise unacceptable manner before, during and after his stay in the facility. The hotel reserves the right to ask a customer to leave the facility if it behaved in a manner to disturb the quiet, boring or insulting another client or the hotel staff, or any other unacceptable manner by the hotel.
